Returns and Exchanges Warranty Policy

B COFFEE Co. aims to provide a full satisfaction coffee experience at the comfort of your home. If you are unsatisfied with our products, feel free to contact us for our fast and easy return and service warranty policy.

We always ensure that all items has passed our quality control and in best condition upon delivery.  If defects or other issues were noticed after you received the product, you can follow the general rules and conditions for our returns and service warranty policy.

3.1 Warranty Scope

3.1.1 Accessories

Our B Coffee Co. machine comes with FREE frother accessory. This shall not include in any warranty claims.

3.2 Warranty Services

3.2.1 Replacement services
3.2.1.1 Replacement and Refund Period

Within 7 calendar days after purchasing (counting the date of purchase) or within 7 days upon the registration of your machine in our warranty registration form (whichever comes first), if a non-human performance fault occurs on the machine, you can replace it with the same model and specification, or require an in-warranty repair. We also accept refund if the product is deemed unrepairable.

3.2.1.1 Replacement Guide

1. If you purchased the product in a retail store, resellers, distributors and any on-line stores, please scan the barcode  below for service application.

2. Please ensure that your machine is registered in our warranty registration form (2.)

3. We will replace unrepairable machine within one (1) month from the date of purchased or upon the registration of your machine.

4. Any replacement of parts and accessories of the machine for the performance of the repair shall be covered by the service warranty within the period of one (1) year. 

5. Handling fee and shipping cost of machine from the customer to the customer will be shouldered by B Coffee Co. within fourteen (14) days upon the date of the receipt or upon the registration of your machine. Beyond fourteen (14) days, handling fee and shipping cost of machine will be shouldered by the customer. 

6. It is highly recommended that you check the FAQs section in our website before applying for replacement or any warranty claims.

3.2.2 Maintenance services
3.2.2.1 Free Maintenance Period

1. Free Maintenance service

a. Within the warranty period (1 year), if a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs on the accessories, you could enjoy free maintenance services.

b.  Handling fee and shipping cost of machine from the customer to the customer will be shouldered by B Coffee Co. within fourteen (14) days upon the date of the receipt or upon the registration of your machine. Beyond fourteen (14) days, handling fee and shipping cost of machine will be shouldered by the customer.

3.2.2.2 Maintenance Guide

2. It is recommended to send the POP with the machine when sending the device for maintenance.

3.2.2.3 Commitment of Maintenance Quality

Parts of the device that have been replaced and repaired outside the warranty period/ warranty coverage, and thus paid for by the customer, shall have a 90-day warranty period.
