Egg Cream Latte

HOW TO

  • 2-3 spoons of sugar
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Espresso (40ml) with a B Sedosa capsule
  • 150ml of milk 
  • Ice
  1. Whip together 2-3 spoons of sugar and 2 egg yolks until thickened.
  2. Brew espresso (40ml) with a B Sedosa capsule.
  3. Fill cup with ice, 150ml of milk and the espresso.
  4. Top with the egg cream.
