Brown Sugar Latte

HOW TO

  • Espresso (40ml) with a B Colombia capsule
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoon hot water
  • 150ml of milk 
  • 30g of whipping cream
  • 5g of sugar 
  • Ice
  1. Brew espresso (40ml) with a B Colombia capsule.
  2. Whip together 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and 2 tablespoon hot water.
  3. Fill cup with ice and drizzle brown sugar sauce on sides.
  4. Add in 150ml of milk and espresso.
  5. Froth 30g of whipping cream and 5g of sugar and pour over.
