Belgian Chocolate Coffee

HOW TO

  • Espresso (40ml) with a B Xoco capsule
  • 1 Belgian dark chocolate square
  • 100ml milk
  • 50ml of whipping cream
  • Grated chocolate
  • Ice
  1. Brew espresso (40ml) with a B Xoco capsule.
  2. Stir in 1 Belgian dark chocolate square.
  3. Heat and froth 100ml milk.
  4. Fill cup with ice and combine coffee, chocolate and milk.
  5. Froth 50ml of whipping cream and pour on top.
  6. Garnish with grated chocolate.
